ERA Employee Records Administrator™ is a proprietary navigation tool that is included with each of our computer based training programs and provides the administrator of training records with an easy to use tool to review individual employee training logs. Results can be viewed and printed.

ERA Benefits
The immediate benefit of this program is to review individual employees who have either completed training, or not completed training. In addition, multiple training sessions can be reviewed, printed or archived.

The ERA navigation tool is used to read, review and print individual employee training records generated by using one of our training programs.


• ERA program requires a password each time it is accessed to provide better security of personal records
• Ability to read existing training records of employees who have used a prior version
• Ability to add details to previously completed training records
• Ability to perform searches by first name, last name, employee number
• Display a list of Employees by name, employee number
• Display a list of employees who have started the training but not completed their training
• Display a list of those requiring re-training
• Ability to print a list of employees who have entered the training and their completion status
• Ability to print individual employee Certificates showing training has been completed
• Ability to print individual employee results for hard copy files
• An indication of the number of users who have entered the training and how many licenses are left
• An indication of when the annual renewal date comes into effect
• An indication of the licensed registration number for reference and technical support questions.

The current pricing is based on an initial End User License Agreement (EULA) consisting of a fee for employees (users) to access the training content for one calendar year from date of purchase. Individual (user) training sessions can be more than one use per user in any given calendar year, the license does not extend beyond one calendar year without re-licensing. There is an annual* renewal fee.

*Annual is equal to 365 days from first use of the training program. Reminders are automatic and appear while using the program. Program will retain records but will not allow the training program to work past 365 days without a renewal installation which also qualifies for program upgrades and continued technical support.
